To add an item to the equipment shortlist, select the check box in the row showing the name of the piece of equipment. Once all equipment is selected, click Save.

| Note: If the equipment is not shown, verify in the Resource Sharing window that the administrative unit that either owns or is assigned the equipment is sharing with your administrative unit. |
Equipment is removed from the shortlist in a similar manner: clear the check box and select 
Save.
