The Import feature of the Tables window allows multiple root folders for the selection of data files to be imported. These root folders are configured in this window, the Setup File System window. This window shows the name and a description of the root folder and its description.
Once multiple folders are entered in this window, then the File Browser dialog box launched pop-up launches from the Import Config dialog box shows a field called . It includes the File System. This field contains field which is filled by selecting from a drop-down list , with the contents of the list being the that contains the names of the root folders configured in this window.

| Note: If a user is assigned an administrative unit in the User Names and Access window, then the system automatically creates a subfolder sub-folder for that administrative unit in the root folder of each file system entered in the Setup File System window. This administrative unit subfolder sub-folder is treated as the top of the folder structure and the user cannot access other folders in the root folder via the file browser dialog box. If the a user needs such access to those folders, they must clear the Administrative Unit field of in the User Names and Access window must be cleared. |
