This module is still under development. More information will be added as it becomes available.

This section allows you to manage inspection details, work requests, and relevant action items for storm water and hydraulic assets.

Asset Inspections

This page allows you to view, manage, and conduct an Asset Inspection. Inspections are generally scheduled on an ad-hoc basis in the asset inventory window. Inspection frequency varies for each type of asset.

The top pane lists all available Asset Inspections. When an inspection is scheduled from the asset window, the inspection header information is saved in the top pane, or a user can insert inspection records in the top pane to initiate the inspection scheduling process. This list can be arranged by any of the fields by clicking on the field names in the table header. Selecting an asset type will update the inspection form in the bottom pane to the correct form for that asset.

To change the presentation style or export the data from the table to CSV click   to the right of Actions in the banner at the top of this pane.

Select an asset to populate the bottom pane.

The bottom pane provides any relevant action items for the asset you selected and the ability to act on those tasks.

To complete an Asset Inspection, follow these steps:

  1. Answer the questions listed by clicking either Yes or No. You'll know that your selection is successful when the box goes from light to shaded
  2. Click to add a comment to your answer as needed.
  3. Click in the top right corner of the page to save your responses. Or click to erase your answers and start again.

Asset Work Requests

This page allows you to view and edit Work Requests. Work requests are initiated from the Asset Inventory window using the map-based action buttons. See Assets for details. After a work request is created, a record of the request is saved in the Asset Work Request window for maintenance crews to respond to. Users can also insert any ad-hoc work request in this window. Once a work request is submitted, the work request is reviewed, and crews are assigned or adjusted as needed, work locations are reviewed and edited as needed. Once all fields are reviewed and approved, a work order is created.

Stormwater Tasks

This page allows you to view and edit Stormwater Tasks.
