Pavement Analyst

The Section Current Needs system job now supports customized filtering logic using where clauses.

Pavement Express

A Performance Condition section showing Pavement Condition Index (PCI) by year has been added to the side panel in the Network History map. This enables users to see a quick view of condition information as it existed at any selected year or group of years for a selected segment.
Users can now edit the update source for any column directly from the Database Structure > Columns window. This enables users to perform calculations and queries through the updated source fields as needed for the agency's operations (e.g., performing calculations PCR index).
Work plan items (projects) can now be marked Complete to update the work history so that the relevant segments reflect the treatment applied and the impact to PCI values.
The POSTPONE_DETERIORATION column is now visible and available in the Advanced Scenario window. The enables users to postpone deterioration by one year when necessary.

Cityworks Integration

Importing from Cityworks system job has been streamlined to no longer require pre-mapped activity treatments. This reduces job failures, and makes the process more intuitive.

Structure Inspector App

The Superstructure Unity (SSU) tab has been added to Bridge Inventory to include SNBI compliant columns and values.
The SSU tab has been updated to prevent the accidental deletion of records. On clicking Delete:
- If the status is Active then it is moved to Removed.
- If the status is New then the record is deleted from the staged edit table only.
In Current Inspections, Inspection Review, and Bridge Inventory screens the records for Spans and Span Elements are now ordered based on their AASHTO numbers and child element records are placed immediately after their parent element record.
SSU Inventory added to the app is now synced with the values on the web application.
The Structure Summary tab now has fields consistent in label and value with the web application.

Structures Inspector Web

The Condition State History pop-up to Span and Element Inventory are now available.

Structure Manager

The OSS Inspection Candidate List - Next 6 Year Cycle report (Structure Manager > Reports > Reports) has been updated to show the current year, a 4-digit number for the Proposed Year columns, and the column order has been updated to make the report easier to read. (NYSDOT)

Work Manager

iOS and Android

Inspection Questions & Answers are now visible.
Users can now input negative values in the Temperature fields where necessary.

Platform

A new feature, Temporal View, is now added to any table-based dataset with Temporality enabled. For any table-based dataset that enables Temporality, a right-click action menu item, Set Date Filter is now available.
- This feature allows users to view the data from any historical point in time, when the underlying dataset has enabled Temporality. Standard right-click feature such as Export Data, Find, Filter, and Show on Map continue to work accordingly.
- This feature will bring up a window with 2 options:
  - Use current system date and time: normal viewing and editing mode
  - Use a specific time: allows users to review historical data
- When reviewing historical data, the data is not editable. Data can be editable as usual when using current system date and time.
- To enable Temporality feature on a dataset:
  1. Go to Tables window in System module, locate the dataset (Table) that needs to enable Temporality.
  2. Right-click on the table and select Refresh from Database
  3. Click OK to confirm
  4. Select Keep change history checkbox for the table
  5. Click Save
  6. Right-click the table and select Apply Changes
  7. Click OK to confirm
  8. The table is now enabled Temporality.
- Limitations of this feature:
  - The temporal view only applies to the grid or form data. If the screen is also configured with a bound map, the map does not show the historical data.
  - The temporal view only applies to standard, simple data windows with tables as the data source. If a window is configured with complex queries, database views, or Staged Editing (typically implemented in complex structure inventory editing and review workflow), the temporal view feature will not be available, or may cause problems when it's used.
JasperReports Server embedded in AgileAssets system is upgraded to v9.0.0. Official support for JasperReports Server v7.8.0 will end with AgileAssets v8.1.2 release.
- Please see Known Issues and fixes from the upgrade.

Other Improvements and Bug Fixes

Added: The System module has been updated so that Admin users can now select the the table trigger through a drop-down, instead of manually type out the trigger name in the Tables window.
Fixed: Issue in Fleet and Equipment Manager has been resolved and Update Equipment Odometer by History now runs successfully in Oracle environments. (MnDOT)
Fixed: Issue in Structure Manager has been resolved and Bridge Daily Extract and Culvert Daily Extract where the RC07 and SUBSETS table now show the inspection data from the active bridge. The following fields are updated by this change: CONDITION_RATING , NBI DECK CONDITION, NBI SUPERSTRUCT CONDITION , NBI SUBSTRUCT CONDITION, NBI CHANNEL CONDITION, NBI CULVERT CONDITION (NYSDOT)
Fixed: Issue where a Single Sign-On (SSO) user's built-in password expired, user will be redirected to the Identity Provider (Idp) with a wrong error message is fixed.
Fixed: Issue in Report module has been resolved and the JasperServer report no longer fails to open (or open with errors) after JasperReport server application is restarted or upgraded unless you clear browser cache.
Fixed: Issue in Work Manager mobile app has been resolved and contrast issues are now corrected on Android devices. This resolves the issue with display legibility.
Fixed: Issue in Work Manager mobile app has been resolved and Numeric Entry on certain Samsung Devices now works correctly on Android devices.
Fixed: Issue in System module has been resolved and the Reports window no longer freezes when either the Select All or Deselect All right-click options are selected.
Fixed: Issue in System module has been resolved and the Calendar widget (Date/Time Picker) pop-up is now closed when another column on the main page is selected for editing.
Fixed: Issue in Work Manager mobile app has been resolved and creating an Inspection from Reporting Forms no longer causes the app to crash.
Fixed: Issue in Work Manager mobile app has been resolved and the app no longer crashes unexpectedly on Android Devices.

Known Issues, Limitations, and Restrictions

New Known Issues

JasperReports Server 9.0.0 Upgrade
- When there is a filter configured on the dashboard, if there are no values selected by the filter, the dashboard will not return any results. (on v7.8.0, when there is no value selected in the dashboard's filter, all values will be returned). This is the JasperServer Report behavior in v9.0.0 and cannot be reverted by AgileAssets.
- When a dashlet used in the dashboard is set to show title, the dashlet will appear to be cropped at the bottom. The fix is to set the dashlet object to not show title (this setting can be found by opening the specific dashlet for editing, such as the Ad Hoc View, and turn off "Show Title"), and then display the desired dashlet title in the "Dashlet name" setting (this setting can be found by opening the dashboard for editing, select the dashlet, and then set the "Dashlet name" property under the "Dashlet Settings"). This is the JasperServer Report behavior in v9.0.0 and cannot be reverted by AgileAssets.
- If there are multiple very large reports (report's XML >30Mb), it is recommended to export these reports, remove them from the server, run the upgrade, and then import these reports back. This is to avoid significantly long upgrade time.
When a user is set to Inactive or not allowed to login in AgileAssets, but the user tries to login using Single Sign-On (SSO), user will be redirected to the Identity Provider with an incorrect error message, such as "Logout redirect is not registered" or "Logout redirect does not match token".

Resolved Known Issues

In Pavement Express, when switching from the Scenarios window to the Inventory Map, the app no longer generates an error message or crashes.
In Work Manager mobile app, when copying forward a Day Card but not the previous Hours and Miles fields, the correct fields are now editable.
In Work Manager mobile app, users are now notified if the TRC they select on a Labor Day Card is invalid and it can be saved and synced with the web application.
In Fleet & Equipment Manager, the prompt notifying users that 'PM is due for this vehicle. Do you want to add PM services to this RO?' appears when expected. (MnDOT)
In Fleet & Equipment Manager, the left pane in the Preventive Maintenance by Class Code window now shows the full field list. (MnDOT)
In Structures Inspector mobile app, all data among different tables is currently visible in the app even when it is available through the web application.

Existing Known Issues

In Roads and Highways interface, when working with ArcGIS Pro, the interface currently does not support updating Alt. LRMs that are maintained as an LRS network in Roads and Highways.

In Facilities Maintenance, the Assign Crew Members button is currently displayed outside of the screen margins. (OHDOT)

In Facilities Manager, in the Building Inventory window it is currently possible to delete a record with dependent data. A warning is displayed but the record can still be deleted. (NYSDOT)

In System module, running the Run Equipment Odometer Update Job - Fleet system job currently generates an error. (OHDOT)

In Work Manager mobile app, when editing an open text field with text already present, the cursor automatically appears at the beginning of the text instead of at the end. If the user taps in the field a second time, the cursor will appear where they tap.

In Maintenance Manager, when a user attempts to delete a quick filter they have created it generates an error.

In Work Manager mobile app on Android devices, on initial log in the app shows the wrong page and freezes. Subsequent logins work correctly.

In Work Manager mobile app on iPhone, when selecting an asset with a long name, the line item expands and partially hides the asset below it.

In Work Manager mobile app on Google Pixel 6 Pro (Android 14), the map currently cannot be zoomed in or out on. Users can still search for a location and the map will automatically move to it. (AKDOT)

In Reports, when migrating iReport to Jasper Server, the migration process creates a datasource called "For migrated iReports". However, this generated datasource always uses the PostgreSQL ODBC driver, even if the ams-web uses Oracle database.

In Work Manager mobile app, when entering numbers into the Patch Length field, the highlight and cursor default to the wrong field. User must tap Patch Length in the panel to the right to enter numbers correctly. (AKDOT)

In Fleet Maintenance Manager mobile app, decimal numbers are not currently allowed in the Mileage field.

In all applications, the Copy Rows to Clipboard CSV and Copy All to Clipboard CSV functions currently copy the IDs as opposed to the lookups.

In Structures Inspector web application, using the Apply Changes function in the BRIDGE_INVENTORY row of the Tables pane currently generates an error.

In Work Manager mobile app, when creating a new Accomplishment Day Card on an activity that does not have a Unit assigned the sync fails.

In Fleet & Equipment Manager, user cannot currently uncomplete and then complete a Repair Order created using the Issue Material to Vehicle function. (OKDOT)

In Maintenance Manager, in the Location/Asset tab of the Create New/In Progress window when adding an asset to a work order, after saving the asset is still highlighted on the map and its data is still showing in the left pane.

In Structures Manager, saving changes to new inventory records generates an error. (NYCDOT)

In Maintenance Manager, when creating a new inspection from an existing item in the Maintenance Assets window, the Inspector column is not populating correctly.

In Maintenance Manager, attempting to create an asset inspection from the Maintenance Assets screen currently generates an error. Users can still create the inspection using the Sign Inspection window. (NVDOT)

An error is currently generated when trying to access the following API endpoints in a load balanced environment with SSL terminated before the application server: <context>/rest/v1/applicationPretty.wadl, <context>/rest/v2/applicationPretty.wadl, and <context>/rest/scim/applicationPretty.wadl

In System module, an error is currently generated when attempting to refresh database structure tables from the database. (NVDOT)

In System module, an error is currently generated when attempting to run the Pavement Analyst: Recreate Pavement Structure job. (DELDOT)

In Maintenance Manager, an error is currently generated when attempting to Insert a new or Insert Like record and save it in the Maintenance Assets table. (NVDOT)

In Maintenance Manager, when creating a new Work Order in the Annual Work Plan window, an invalid column error message appears. The Work Order is still created and the Work Target has a new record with some of the fields populated. (SCDOT)

In Maintenance Manager, the Employee Daycards pane and Employee drop-down menus are not always populating the full employee list available to the signed in admin unit. (SCDOT)

In Work Manager app, if a user does not tap Save before navigating away from their changes, then edits and new records are not saved, and the user is not warned. (NYSDOT)

In Maintenance Manager, in the Create New/In Progress window and the In-House Projects window when using the date picker to select a Start Date or End Date for a record that is not highlighted, the date picker closes too quickly to be used. Selecting the date picker a second time opens it.

In Resources module, the Edit Sign Orders page currently generates an error when opened.

In Work Manager, if the admin unit an asset is assigned is changed several times the asset will disappear from the correct admin unit's map display. If the admin user deletes and re-installs the app again, the asset will display correctly.

Incorrect Structure is highlighted when calculating risk for the "Selected Structure" on Risk Assessment window. (BMS)

Point features are not highlighted on the map after selecting them in Day Cards window. (INDOT)
