The Work Orders window contains the following panes and tabs:

• Day Cards Work Orders Pane
• Work Orders Account Codes Pane
• Day Cards Performance Guidelines Pane
• Day Cards Labor Tab
• Day Cards Equipment Tab
• Day Cards Material Tab
• Day Cards Costs and Acc Tab (Cost and Accomplishments)
• Day Cards Inventory Items Tab

Command Buttons

Aside from the panes and tabs found in the Work Orders window, command buttons are shown above the Work Orders pane. These buttons are described below:

• Approve All: For the selected work order, this button approves all Day Cards associated with the work order.
• Assign Crew Members: Provided a crew is assigned to the selected work order, this button selects the individual crew members and equipment for the work order in the Labor and Equipment tabs.
• Edit Group Schedule: This button displays a new window that shows a schedule of all work orders with start and end dates that fall within the date range shown in the Graph Setup tab (of the new window) and that have the same Group By value as the selected work order (based upon what is selected for the Group By field in the Graph Setup tab).
• Insert: This button begins the process of inserting a new record in the Work Orders pane.
• Insert Like: This button inserts a new record in the Work Orders pane by copying information from the currently selected work order.
• Make Day Cards: This button creates all types of Day Cards (labor, equipment, material, and accomplishment) for the selected work order. The created Day Cards are shown in the Day Cards pane found on each tab. After selecting this command, the system displays a dialog box so you can enter the dates for the Day Cards.
• Show Schedule: This button displays a new window that shows when all work orders are scheduled. This window is read-only.
