To transfer material to an already existing stockpile with a quantity greater than zero (or that already has material in it):

1. Open the Material Management window.
2. In the Stock List pane, locate the stockpile.
3. Right-click the record showing the stockpile and select Receive into this Stock. The system creates a transfer record in the Transactions pane.
4. In the new transfer record in the Transactions pane, click in the Full Amount column and enter the amount of material being transferred.

5. Check the unit shown in the Measurement Unit column. If it is correct, proceed to the next step. If the unit is not correct, click the down arrow and select the appropriate unit from the drop-down list.

   Note: The unit that is first displayed is the default unit. If a conversion routine is provided in the Setup Units window, the unit you select will be internally converted to the default unit. If a conversion routine is not specified, an error will result.

6. Click the check box shown in the Accepted column. (This also selects the Fulfilled check box.)
7. Click . To view the new amount in the stockpile in the Stock List pane, click .
