Signs are made up of attributes that are gathered through several windows of the application. These attributes are created in a multiple step process. First, you must create the selections for the signs in Sign Nomenclature and Sign Material Numbers. Next, select the attributes for Sign Nomenclature and Sign Material Numbers and enter the remaining attributes in Sign SAP Material Numbers.
Later, open Sign Inventory and select the correct combination of Sign Nomenclature and Sign Material Numbers in Sign Inventory. This will automatically fill in the Sign Description, Sign Width, Sign Height, Sign Size, and Sign Dimensions.
