You can use this window to create an Expenditure Object record using the Insert command. This window lists the Appropriate Object, Expenditure Object Name, Expend Object Code, the Effective Date Start, the Effective Date End, and a Comments field (optional) that can be used to provide additional information. You can also use the right-click Delete menu option to remove an Expenditure Object name record.
Note: An Appropriation Object Code record must exist to create an Expenditure Object record. When creating a new record, you must first select an Appropriation Object record (from the pre-populated drop-down list) and then populate all other fields. |
