Once a work order (WO) has been completed, it is no longer visible in any of the other windows. If necessary, you can re-open a closed WO as long as you know the date it was closed. To re-open a WO, enter a date in the date field that precedes the WO's closed date and click . All currently active WOs and all WOs closed on or after the date entered will be shown in the window. You can then clear the check box in the Completed column for the WO and click . This re-opens the WO.
