To create a commercial (or not in-house) repair order, follow the steps below:
- Click Operations in the top banner menu
- Click Commercial Repair in the drop-down menu
- Click Create
- Enter the Equipment Name in the field at the top of the page and click enter
The VIN will automatically populate - Click in the Repair Orders pane and select Insert in the drop-down menu
Fields in white can be modified, fields in grey cannot be - In the Work Done pane at the bottom of the window, click and select Insert in the drop-down menu
The system adds a record to the pane - In the new record, select the desired from the drop-down list in the Activity column
- Repeat for any additional activities to be performed
- When the displayed activities are correct, click
