Candidates for Project Location window lists the locations identified through network screening and selected in Diagnosis as potential locations for safety projects. These locations need to be further analyzed.
In order to identify the add location for a project, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to Safety Analyst > Projects > Candidates for Project Location Window. The window contains two panes.
a) The top pane contains selected potential hotspot locations and
b) the lower pane contains a map for the project locations.
2. Locations for projects pane displays the crash statistics for the potential safety project locations. To calculate the economic loss, select a location and either click Update Economic Loss button or right click on the the record and select Update Economic Loss.
3. The window refreshes and for the selected location and the economic loss is computed.
