Use the Setup Defect Activities window to assign defects to each activity. These associations are then used in analysis to create estimated expenditures to remedy surveyed defects.
The window contains two panes. The left pane shows all activities performed in your agency. For the activity selected in the left pane, the right pane shows the defect(s) remedied by the activity. The Pct Applicable column indicates the percentage of the activity's total expenditure that goes to remedying each listed defect. The values in this column must be decimal fractions, not percentages, and all values must sum to 1.0. For example, if four defects were listed and the activity remedied each equally, then the Pct Applicable column would show 0.25 for each defect.
