The Countermeasures window consists of a table for all treatments (countermeasures) which are defined in CMF or defined by the user to be implemented in safety projects to alleviate the crashes at hotspots.
In order to insert a new treatment, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Safety Analyst > Projects > Countermeasures
2. In the Treatments List, right-click and select Insert
Note: A new record is inserted. Initial values are filled for Salvage Percentage Reduction and Service Life in Years.
3. Click on the 'Find CMF?' (hyperlink). Find the CMF values from the CMF Clearing House and enter the value in the CMF field.
4. Fill all the related attributes and Click Save and reload the window.
