Some versions of the AgileAssets system allow you to designate an alternate recipient for your messages for each notification type. For example, you can designate another person to receive your messages while you are on vacation. This feature is configured in the Set Substitutes for Notifications window, which is found in the Utilities menu of each module.
The Set Substitutes for Notifications window lists all the notification types configured in the Notification Types window. For each type, an alternate user can be selected from the drop-down list of users. Once this information is set and saved, messages will be sent to both the original recipient as well as the people you designated. When you no longer want the alternate person to receive your messages, set the Substitute User column to null.
