The Text Resources window lists all text messages that are generated by the application. Variables in a message are preceded by a percent sign (%). You can alter a message to better suit the situation in which it appears, but remember that a message may appear in more than one situation. Therefore, avoid making the message so specific that it is unlikely to work in multiple situations.
