New Features and Enhancements
Fleet Manager App

- Contrast has been updated for the Calendar Date selection window to improve readability.
Pavement Express
- New map-based route selection method has been added and users can now select neighboring routes using a map, making it much easier to add them to the work plan.
- Custom attributes: Customers can now create, import, and configure their own attributes. These attributes can be created and stored as part of the pavement inventory as unique attributes for the individual agency. This enables them to track and analyze data important to their local pavement inventory, maintenance and rehabilitation strategies, and policies.
- Custom fields can be imported along with standard data fields through the import configuration and/or created manually in the System > Utilities > Database Structure window.
- Custom fields can also be configured in the Analysis Columns window, enabling them to be used in analysis and/or configured to deteriorate (for example: a condition index).
Maintenance Manager
- The Sign Face inventory tab is now available in the Maintenance Assets window. The list columns have also been updated on this window to support the setup of sign face test data (upcoming).
- The Inset Element(s) from Map (insert_element_from_map) function has been updated to always insert a row, ensure a CDataWindow class object can be properly built, and allow the work order or work request action to continue. (SCDOT)
- The MMS_ASSET_ID column has been added to point, line, and polygon asset type data windows, and the PLAN_YEAR parameter has been updated to be consistent between different configurations for the same asset. This ensures that Search Here functions properly in the MMS Optimization window.
Structures Inspector (web)
- Latitude, Longitude, and State columns have been added to the Feature_Inventory and Bridge_Inventory tables where applicable.
- The column labels in the Bridge Inventory windows are now updated from the NBI to SNBI naming convention including the new codes and names.
- Inspectors are now able to enter an Inspection Note (SNBI Item B.IE.11) for a bridge inspections undergoing a special inspection type such as Underwater, NSTM, In-depth, Special, Damage inspections, Scour monitoring. An error check will be added on a separate feature to make this Inspection Note required for these special inspection types.
The Bridge Span Inventory table has been updated to include the SNBI mandated NSTM (Fracture Critical) attribute. The NSTM or Nonredundant Steel Tension Member tracks a primary steel member fully or partially in tension and, without load path redundancy, system redundancy, or internal redundancy, whose failure may cause a portion of or the entire bridge to collapse. This attribute is used for determining if B.IR.01 - NSTM Inspection Required='Y' and B.C.14 NSTM Inspection Condition needs to be collected on the inspection form. Updates are available in the Span and Element Inventory tab of the Inventory window and the Span and Element Inventory tab of the Inventory Review window.
Structure Analyst
- Columns have been added to the Network Master for Abandoned and Closed bridges. This also allows users to exclude the BINs from Optimization Analysis. (NYSDOT)
Platform
- Update Tomcat and JVM (patch version update)
- System Job now supports configurable notification upon job execution ("No Notification", "Notification on Failure", and "Notification on both Failure and Success"). The notification can be configured for both specific users and Security Profiles. It can also be configured for both in-app notification and email notification. To access this feature, right-click the desired system job and select "Notification Settings" menu to configure the notification.
