This window is used to interface the AgileAssets Maintenance Management System (MMS) with external systems that use asset classes in inventory data. If such an interface is not needed, this window may be ignored and the System Administrator should set all profiles for this window to "0 – Invisible" in the Access Level Settings window.
When such an interface is needed, the asset class of the external system is mapped to an MMS asset class by entering the asset class ID in the External Class ID column in the right pane for each MMS asset class. Each entered asset class must be unique.
