There is a pane for each Asset Type, including Audible Roadway Delineators, Beats, Guide Rails, Linear Drainage, Point Drainage, Sidewalk Ramps, Sidewalks, Signs, and Small Culverts. The asset types that are visible to you are determined by the needs of your organization.
Each Asset pane has a list of all the assets of that type to which your user has access.
This list contains the following information about each asset:
- Asset Name
- Asset Class
- Asset Status
- District
- County
- Owner Located
- Maintenance Responsibility
- Inspection Responsibility
- Additional fields as your organization has them configured
Additionally the window contains a map pane which shows you the location of each asset from the list. When you click an asset from the list, the map will automatically refocus to display the location of that access. Alternately, if you click on a specific asset - both linear and non-linear assets can be selected - on the map, the list will update to show you details about that asset.
Once you've selected an asset you can click Issue Work Request or Schedule Inspection to request work on that asset.
