Cityworks Configuration

This section covers the configuration that needs to be done in Cityworks in order to integrate with Pavement Express.

Work Order Templates

To map work order templates to treatment plans in Pavement Express, follow the steps below:

1. Open the Pavement Management app
2. Select Configuration from the menu
   
   
3. On the Work Order Templates tab, click the Templates field
4. Add the work order templates that will be mapped to treatment plans in Pavement Express
5. Click Save
   
   

Pavement Express URL

To add the URL for the Pavement Express website to Cityworks, follow the steps below:

1. Open the Pavement Management app
2. Select Configuration from the menu
   
   

3. On the Pavement Express tab, enter the Pavement Express Base URL
   

   Note: This is the URL for your AgileAssets or Pavement Express website.

4. Select the Pavement Express Entity Type to use for road segments
5. Click Save
