Many right-click actions are available throughout the AgileAssets application suite and perform the same function in all windows. You can often access these common commands on the shortcut menus that are displayed when you right-click in a window or pane within the application. You may also select the 
menu in the title bar to display the shortcut menu for the window or pane.
There are two classes of these actions that work the same:
- Default Actions: Those that are there by default and can be explicitly removed if desired.
- Configured Actions: Those that are not available by default and need to be explicitly added if desired.
The availability of actions for a particular user is also controlled by their security settings.
Default Actions
Default actions are displayed depending on the type of component object within a screen. For instance in an Attachment Manager type object, the actions 'Update File Name/Path' and 'Insert Local File' will be available by default. In a grid or DataWindow type object, actions such as 'Export Data' and 'Find' will be available by default.
