Inspections and work requests (WR) are separated by asset type. Each available asset type is listed in the Asset Performance drop-down menu of your Maintenance Manager home screen.

Select an asset type from the drop-down to view a list of all inspections for that asset type to which you have access.

To complete a specific inspection, select a specific asset from the list or zoom in on the map pane and click on its icon there.

To begin your inspection, follow the steps below:

  1. Right-click in the Sign Inspection Details pane
  2. Select Insert
  3. The following fields are now editable:
    • Inspector's Name - enter the name of the user completing the inspection
    • Inspection Date - enter the date in the MM/DD/YYYY format or click on the calendar icon to select a date from the calendar pop-up
    • [Asset Type] Condition - select from the drop-down menu
    • [Asset Type] Life ID - select from the drop-down menu
    • Attachment - double-click in this box to add an attachment. Right-click in the Work With Attachments pop-up that appears and select where you would like to pull the files to attach from.
    • Comments - enter any additional information you would like
  4. Once you've entered all the information you would like into the inspection click the Actions drop-down menu at the top of the pane
  5. Select Export and the Export Modified Data pop-up will appear

  6. Click Save Changes & Export
