To copy the defect records from another LOS plan to the current LOS plan, use the following steps:
- In the LOS Plans pane, select the LOS plan into which defect records will be copied.
- In the Plan Details pane, right-click and select Copy from Other Type. The system displays a dialog box.
- In the dialog box, click the down arrow for the field at the top of the dialog box and select the LOS Plan from which the defect records will be copied. After selecting the plan, the system displays the defect records found in this plan in the dialog box.
- Select the defect records you wish to copy. You can select multiple records by using Ctrl+Click for non-adjacent records or Shift+Click to select a block of records.
- Once all records are selected, right-click a selected record and select Copy Selected Items. The system copies all records to the current LOS plan (provided the records do not already exist in the plan).
