Use the Equipment Status window to create and maintain the various statuses that can be assigned to equipment. The Asset Status Type determines whether equipment marked with a particular status will appear in equipment short lists. If the Status Type is New or Active, then the equipment will be shown. Otherwise, the equipment will not appear. The entries in the Asset Status Name column appear in drop-down lists throughout the system.
Equipment status is assigned and maintained in the Equipment Inventory for Resources window.
