The Forgotten Password feature requires you to answer security questions so you can get a new password through your email.

The first time that you log on to the application, the system will provide one or more security question fields. Each field contains a drop-down list of security questions. Select your desired security question. Then, in the field below the question, enter the answer to the question you selected. Once all security question fields are configured, select Submit to save the information.

Note:  Some versions of this feature do not use security questions.

If you forget your password, click the Forgot Your Password? hyperlink shown in the login window. A new window will open in your browser that shows a User ID. If the User ID is yours, click the Submit button. The system then displays the questions you configured the first time you logged on or, if security questions are not used, sends you an email with a new password. If security questions are displayed, you must answer all questions correctly before the system will send you an email with a new password.

Note:  If a new, blank window is displayed in your browser after clicking the hyperlink, then the Forgotten Password feature is not enabled, and you should contact your System Administrator.
