You record work requests in the Work Requests window. These work requests are then turned into work orders in this window, the Issue Work Orders from Work Requests window.
Note: Work requests may be displayed by administrative unit. This means that when you display the Work Requests window, you may only see the work requests assigned to your administrative unit.
