Note: This tool is available to all clients beginning with the 8.0.0 AgileAssets release.

The Query Data Tool can be accessed by navigating to System > Tools > Query Data

Only users with Access Level 7 will be able to access the screen and use the tool. The tool cannot be used to change or restructure any data; it can only be used to search and export data. Searches will time out if they take longer than 3 minutes and search results are limited to 10,000 records.

Searches must be entered in SQL using ANSI syntax. Do not include a semicolon at the end of the query and do not include empty lines.

To query the data, follow these steps:

  1. Enter your query in SQL in the Query pane
  2. Select Query
  3. Search results will appear in the Results pane
    Results can be exported into csv, xls, or xlsx format as needed
