Once a job order has been marked complete, it is no longer visible in any of the Fleet module windows after the day it was closed. Use the following steps to re-open a closed job order:
- Specify a time period in the date fields that includes the date when the job order was closed. You must know when the job order was closed to re-open it.
- Click . The system responds by displaying all active and completed job orders. The completed job orders are listed first.
- Find the record for the job order to re-opened.
- Clear the check box in the Completed column for the job order.
- Click . This re-opens the job order.
