Once a repair order has been marked complete, it is no longer visible in any of the repair windows after the day it was closed.

To re-open a closed job order, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Operations in the top banner menu
  2. Click Commercial Repair in the drop-down menu
  3. Click Closed Repairs
  4. Specify a time period in the date fields that includes the date when the job order was closed

    Note: You must know when the job order was closed to re-open it.

  5. Click Reload
  6. Find the record for the job order to re-opened
  7. Uncheck the check box in the Completed column
  8. Click Save to re-opens the job order
    Or click Reload to erase your changes
