Sanity Check is used to perform checks on the database like verifying the size of the returned T-Lists and verifying if the SYSTEM user is in SETUP_USER_TABLE. It can be used to troubleshoot the application in situations where a system user is missing or when there are performance issues, for example when extremely large data sets are selected.
