When you change data in one or more existing records but have not yet saved the new data, the system highlights the record in violet and enables this command. You may then select this command to display a new window that shows the the original data as stored in the database as well as the new data that you entered in the window. Once you click the Save icon, the system will remove the violet highlight from the record(s) and disable this command.
