The final task of crash mapping is comparing crash components to corresponding LRS codes. The database view CRASH_TO_RTE_SELECTION_NEW_VW is created to generate selected
ROUTE_NAME and MP for crash mapping that has been considered to populate the LOC_IDENT for crashes. A snapshot of the view ‘CRASH_TO_RTE_SELECTION_VW’ is shown below:
