The Work Manager App allows field personnel to track maintenance work using a mobile device to collect data in the field.
The app allows you to do the following:
- Create work orders
- Create and edit equipment, material, employee time entry, and other cost day cards to track resources used for maintenance
- Add locations and assets to work orders and note the quantity of work accomplished
- Create and edit work logs on signal work order locations
- Manage the serialized equipment assemblies installed at a signal site using the Move & Transfer workflow, Install, Remove, and Replace transactions
To use the app, your device will need the following:
- AgileAssets Asset Management System v7.5.6 or later
- One of the following:
- iOS device (iPad) running iOS 11.x or later
- Android tablet running 6.x or later
- Windows tablet device running Windows 10 or later
Note: The WM app does not currently support Dark Mode on mobile devices. Please ensure that Dark Mode is turned off in the Settings on your tablet before using the app.
