The availability of actions for a particular user is also controlled by the security settings for the actions.
The following sections describe these commands.
Default Actions
Default actions are displayed depending on the type of component object within a screen. For instance in an Attachment Manager type object, the actions 'Update File Name/Path' and 'Insert Local File' will be available by default. In a grid or DataWindow type object, actions such as 'Export Data' and 'Find' will be available by default.
