The upper right corner shows the following information User ID that you selected when you logged on to the application:

  • Your User ID
  • Your administrative unit
  • Your security role

Select used to log into the application. When you click the down-pointing arrow at the end of this information to display , the system displays the User menu. An example of this menu is shown below:


The following list describes the items found in this menu:

  • Your administrative unit
  • Your security role
  • Log in Login to a Different Admin. Unit: This menu item displays the window for selecting an administrative unit and a security role. This allows you to select a different administrative unit and/or security role without logging off and then logging back on.
  • Create New Session: This menu item allows you to start a new, independent session without ending the current session. After clicking the icon, the system displays a new tab in your browser that shows the dashboard of the current module. You may then alternate between the tabs to see and modify different windows in the same application.
  • Change Password: For more information, see Change Password.

    Note:  If authentication by Active Directory is enabled, this menu item is not shown.
  • Log OutLogout button: Use this to end your current session.
