You can use Use the Sign Inventory window to enter or read information about signs such as: the location of the sign, the condition of the sign, and other attributes of a sign like type of sign, installation type, and size.
In this window you can open and add attachments such as pictures to the signs and view the sign on a map.

Jurisdictions are divided into Districts, each district has maintenance sections, and each maintenance section has one or more functional locations. Each sign needs to be assigned to a functional location. Each functional location has a cost center, so each Functional Location is tied to the maintenance costs for each sign. When the interface runs, the sign information and the functional location are transferred to SAP.
Use this window to view or add Functional Location selections for the signs.
