The Import feature of the Tables window allows multiple root folders for the selection of data files to be imported. These root folders are configured in the Setup File System window. This window shows the name and a description of the root folder.

Once multiple folders are entered in this window, the File Browser pop-up launches from the Import Config dialog box. It includes the File System field which is filled by selecting from a drop-down list that contains the names of the root folders configured in this window.

Note: If a user is assigned an administrative unit in the User Names and Access window, then the system automatically creates a sub-folder for that administrative unit in the root folder of each file system entered in the Setup File System window. This administrative unit sub-folder is treated as the top of the folder structure and the user cannot access other folders in the root folder via the file browser dialog box. If a user needs access to those folders, they must clear the Administrative Unit field in the User Names and Access window.
