Once a repair order has been marked complete, it is no longer visible in any of the repair windows after the day it was closed.
To re-open a closed job order, follow the steps below:
- Click Operations in the top banner menu
- Click Commercial Repair in the drop-down menu
- Click Closed Repairs
Specify a time period in the date fields that includes the date when the job order was closed
Note: You must know when the job order was closed to re-open it.
- Click
- Find the record for the job order to re-opened
- Uncheck the check box in the Completed column
- Click
Or click Reload to erase your changes to re-opens the job order
