The mobile app is configured to work with your specific version of the web application using a configuration key. Configuration keys are created by system administrators so contact your system administrator for a key if one has not been provided to you.
To configure the app, follow the steps below:
- Tap
in the bottom right corner of the login screen to open the configuration pop-up. - Enter the configuration key provided by your system administrator in the Configuration Key field.
- Tap Configure to apply the key.
If an invalid key is provided, an error message is displayed indicating that the specified key is not valid.
On entry of a successful entry, you will be redirected to the login screen.
