In some windows of the system, information and labels are indicated by a color. You can change this assignment by double-clicking the color in the table. The Color Picker window is displayed with available colors. Slide the right-pointing triangle up the slide on the right to set the saturation and then click the desired color in the color palette. The cross hairs indicate the selected color. The selected color and color number are also shown in the underlying field from where you launched the Color Picker.
