Once a contract is created and activated in the Contract window, you can enter the expected quantity of work to be performed for each activity in this contract in the Contract Plan window.
After entering the work to be performed, you can then issue work orders in the Issue Work Orders from Contract Plan or Day Cards window.
The Contract Plan window contains two panes: Contracts and Contract Plan Items.
- The Contracts pane lists all active contracts. The information shown here is taken from the Issue Contract window.
- The Contract Plan Items pane shows what activities are to be performed on which asset types in the contract selected in the upper pane. It also shows when the activities are to be performed and at what cost.
