The Equipment Inventory window shows all the equipment that is owned by, assigned to, or rented by your administrative unit and that meets the criteria set in the Filter window (if any). Tabs are also available that provide further information such as warranties, accessories added to the equipment, transfer history, repair history, and fueling history about a piece of equipment.
The Inventory tab is the principal tab of the Equipment Inventory window. It shows information about the equipment owned by, assigned to, or rented by your administrative unit. If a check mark appears in the Pool Vehicle column, the vehicle is available for short-term rental using Motorpool User Reservation.
All Other Tabs
The remaining tabs in the Equipment Inventory window can be customized depending on your needs. They show additional information about the piece of equipment selected in the Inventory pane of the Inventory tab. See Configuration Tables for information on customization.
