The Labor Shortlist window shows all employees that are available to your administrative unit with a check mark in the Select column. This is configured in the Resource Sharing window of the System module. The selected employees appear in the drop-down lists found in various windows throughout the module where selecting labor is required.

To add an employee to the labor shortlist, select the check box in the row showing the employee's name. When all employees are selected, click .

Note: If the employee is not shown, verify in the Resource Sharing window that the administration unit of the employee is sharing with your administration unit.

Employees are removed from the shortlist in a similar manner: clear the check box and select . To prevent incorrect assignments, ensure that the employee is not part of a crew before removing him or her from the shortlist. The system does not check whether the employee is assigned to a crew before removing the employee from the shortlist.
