Note: This tool is only available to all clients beginning with the 8.0.0 AgileAssets release.
The Query Data Tool can be accessed by navigating to System > Tools > Query Data
Only users with Access Level 7 will be able to access the screen and use the tool. The tool cannot be used to change or restructure any data; it can only be used to search and export data. Searches will time out if they take longer than 3 minutes and search results are limited to 10,000 records.
Searches must be entered in SQL using ANSI syntax. Do not include a semicolon at the end of the query and do not include empty lines.
To query the data, follow these steps:
- Enter your query in SQL in the Query pane
- Select Query
- Search results will appear in the Results pane
Results can be exported into csv, xls, or xlsx format as needed
