This command appears on right-click shortcut menus when you are using the Google Chrome browser and/or Flash is installed on your computer. When available it copies the data from all designated columns in all selected records from the data window to the clipboard in CSV format. The columns are designated in the Export Data command.
Note: The Export Data command provides similar functionality as this command if you are copying a block of records to the clipboard. (You cannot copy multiple, individually selected records to the clipboard with the Export Data command command.) In the Export Data dialog box, select the Rows radio button and specify which records to copy. Then select the Comma Separated value for the Output Format field. This adds a command button to the dialog box. This command button is labeled To Clipboard. Clicking the command button will then export the data from the selected columns of the selected block of records to the clipboard.
