To ensure that only authorized users can access the AgileAssets system, and that authorized users can only access those parts of the system that they are approved for, the software provides system security management functionality to be used by the system administrators. Administration units and access/role profiles can be created; users can be created and have access rights assigned. Rights may be granted through the user being assigned to roles or administration units and access to parts of the system restricted, or provided, via the use of these groups.
