To configure Quick Link groups, the name of a Quick Link, and what is displayed when you hover the cursor over a Quick Link, select Manage Quick Links from the Quick Links Menu. By selecting a particular Quick Link group, you select what Quick Links are shown in the Quick Links menu. You can also determine whether the Quick Links are for you alone or are shared among all members of your agency.

Note: The default Quick Link group is called Quick Links. Each user has a group with the same name. This group is intended for personal use only and should not be made public.

After selecting the Manage Quick Links menu item, a new window opens with two tabs: Link Groups and Links. The Link Groups tab shows the different groups into which the Quick Links are divided. When a check mark appears in the Public? check box, the Quick Link Group and all links within it are available to all users. The group selected here determines what links are shown in the Quick Links menu. This group is also the group to which links are added when you create a Quick Link for a window.
For the link group selected in the Link Groups tab, the Links tab shows the target windows of the links in the Link Groups tab. The text in the Comments column is what is displayed when you hover the cursor over the Quick Link.
